Chelsea

Chelsea was a little girl who was the daughter of Dave, one of Zoovac's programmers. She often visited the lab at The Company where she helped design Zoovac. She also drew Thunder Cloud comics including Zoovac as one of its superhero members. Chelsea was nine during the events of Zoovac: The Life and Times of a Clown on a Stick.
