Cloud was a character in the one page PCG Turtle Eaters V. Yaks, who has mind control abilities. He looks suspiciously cartoon-like, which lead Yak to ask him for help. He helped Yak to defeat Anstarree and stop him from eating turtles in his lair. ("Turtle Eaters V Yaks")
