Clowns on a Stick are a type of Robots, originally designed by The Company. Thus far only one is known to exist in the PCG Universe: Zoovac. Unless you count his predecessor, Zoovac Zero, that is; he occupied the same body. Some have been observed in other universes as well.
In the universe of The Last of the Zorelta (PC game), many "Zoovacs" exist, as they were built on the planet Shri in the years following the fall of Ginkus. One prominent example is Xoovaq, the Tsar of Vacc, who built Zoovac and sent him on a mission.
