Collision is a 2022 PCG by Magic Paper Productions, starring an ensemble of characters including, The Wizard Sluiceface, Owliver, History Bot, Figgins, Xoovaq, and many more. The game is MPP's DACAD PCG, and it features an event called "The Collision" which affects the PCG Universe forever. It is also the 5th PCG in the MPP 101 PCG Console. It will feature every character in DACAD, whether it be via references or the actual character. The game is set to release in mid-2022.
Story and Situation[]
At the start of the game, the player is able to choose between two characters, Sluiceface and History Bot. Each character has a mini adventure before they reach Mars until they team up in an underground Factor X facility. The end of the game also sees the characters split apart again and facing new enemies alone. Each character also has many secrets that they must learn about themselves as the game progresses. New abilities will be unlocked, and no one will ever be the same again.
Sluiceface[]
The Wizard Sluiceface has become a hermit, leaving society and settling down in a wild area of Scotland. Soon, his magic begins to fade, also reverting him back to human form. Not long after, he senses a strange event occurring on Mars. Factor X is experimenting on Gron-Fresnell, and learns that he has a powerful orb inside him which holds together the very fabric of the multiverse. After tapping with that power, Factor X causes the multiverse to open, bringing through many creatures that they attempt to control for use as weapons. Sluiceface must stop Factor X from bringing through any more creatures, and learn the secret of Gron-Fresnell, while also learning more about himself, and his magic potential, by teaming up with otherwordly creatures and beings from universes beyond our own.
History Bot[]
History Bot is a futuristic historical research bot from the far future, travelling to the past to witness a crucial event in the timeline--or so he thinks. His mysterious creator, "The Historian" briefed him on the mission before, but beyond that, History Bot cannot remember anything. Something is amiss, and, with the help of the mysterious Sluiceface, History Bot aims to decipher his real mission, while also breaking all the rules to help his friends.
