Draw A Character A Day is an annual event within the PCG Community. It was conceived of by Seirei Deus, with much initial work done by Magic Paper Productions. Basically, just as the title implies, each day the person running the event gives a character prompt; everyone draws their own take on that character and submits it to the PCG Discord!
