Outpost X in Planetroid X form
Factor X is an evil organization led by Minister Spade on the planet Earlex in their base of operations, Outpost X. They are a branch of The Company, but they specialize in universal heists and plots, and they seek only to acquire wealth at any costs, whether it means to harm innocent life or cheat beings out of their money.

Founding[]
Factor X was founded by Minister Spade, an evil man who had been brought up in The Company, being taught everything martial arts there was, and much more.
The Invasion of Earlex 2004[]
Factor X also aided in defeating the Xorglin, a species of aliens that resembled spiders. Minister Spade killed their brood, Xi'liu, to end the invasion.
Modern Times[]
At some point, a being called Roclus floated into Outpost X. It turned out he was a sentient piece of rock from the moon Gron-Fresnell. Roclus, who was angry at Gron-Fresnell hatched a plot with Minister Spade to capture Gron-Fresnell so they could experiment on him and discover the secrets of the sentient moon. They managed to capture Gron-Fresnell and trick a man named Steve (Steve Series: "The Legend of Gron-Fresnell").
