Hans Gütberg[5], known informally as the Giant Nazi, was a Nazi soldier during the 1940s. He was famous for growing to massive proportions on at least one occasion.

Giant Nazi[]
When the universe began tearing itself up and putting itself back together, Xaq, a frequent time travelling hero, found himself rapidly transported through a variety of times and places. One of which involved Gutberg firing a giant machine gun at enemy airplanes, one of which contained Ari, who bailed out. Xaq rescued Ari from the Giant Nazi's clutches. This was the first time Xaq remembered encountering the man. ("The Fabric of Reality")
Second Encounter[]
Xaq encountered him again on a train going to Berlin in the 1940s, while undercover with James, Brittish Secret Agent. He was now normal size. Gutberg recognized him from their previous encounter, and remembered being 90 feet tall, as if it was an obvious fact. He then became confused, not understanding why he was 90 feet tall at one point. The two agents, after interrogating him, left him knocked out in the bathroom. ("The Nazi Machine").
Present Day[]
Gutberg claims he was put into suspended animation at some point, and then was unfrozen, allowing him to stay young up to the present day.
When the Nazis joined the The Shadow Alliance, he was assigned to The Shadow Realm - a moonbase owned by The Shadow. When Xaq was captured by that base, he and Gymbathet, a Space-Ball, were Xaq's jailers. Xaq was able to escape and maneuver the two of them into killing each other, bringing Gutberg's life to an unceremonious end. ("PCG Anniversary Special II")
