Granny is a 2023 PCG by Xaq. This game takes place in the far future of time, we don't even know for sure if it takes place in the PCG Universe or not.
Story[]
Granny (character) is one of the last living beings in the multiverse, you see, in the far future, all the stars will eventually run out of energy, and without energy, well it's just simply impossible to have life, BUT....Granny has somehow created a self-sustaining home for herself within an asteroid. One day, one of her books just pops through the asteroid (thanks to quantum physics), and she really has to get it back, because these books are her only source of entertainment. She can try to save it, but you have to remember that she only has a limited amount of energy to spend.
The Character[]
Granny is a four-legged- spider-like being who can live for millions of years. She was seen in the game to have been wearing a small hat.
Gameplay[]

Unlike most games, this game takes place in a very small space, basically the whole game. This was a very clever idea because most PCGs have the player navigating through a giant space, or exploring an area, so it is nice to have games set in such a small environment for once because the player can appreciate the little details more.
Behind The Screens[]
The creator of the game. Xaq was reading a science fiction novel at the time and was researching it on Wikipedia, these events sparked his mind to want to create a PCG that felt cozy, like huddling around a fire amongst the darkness, an so, Granny was created.
