Story and Situation[]

On a distant planet, a mad scientist has long plotted to build a monstrous digging machine that could tunnel its way down into the heart of the world. At last, his creation is nearly complete; it lacks only one final element, the Jewel of Takensis!

The Character[]

Yppit is a mad scientist who was accidentally created in a laboratory. He's driven by morbid, obsessive curiosity as to what lies beneath the crust of his planet. He's constantly in an armchair, and moves around in it; Most people can only catch a glimpse of the back of his chair.

Allies[]

Who would want to HELP this madman?!

Villains[]

Other than Yppit himself, there aren't too many villains in this game. However, Yppit did have opponents.

The Mole Men lived in a vast city at the center of the planet. They foolishly attempted to obstruct Yppit's plans to destroy their city.

The Snow People lived in the North Pole of the planet, and were VERY territorial.

The Game[]

A simple and short game, Into the Heart of the World was very linear. The puzzles were simple, and there were only two inventory items to collect. Thematically, it was pretty comical.

Ending[]

Having destroyed the underground Mole City, Yppit escapes up to the North Pole, where he begins his trek back to civilization.
