Liberation of Colotan

Liberation of Colotan is a 2022 PCG by Magic Paper Productions, starring Mezo Tiktin. The game takes place on the planet Totan in the Shogon Sector. It is also the sixth PCG in MPP's console MPP 101. The game sparked a spinoff by Epic Worlds PCG, called Search for the Dagger.

Story and Situation[]

Mezo Tiktin

Mezo Tiktin, the protagonist

Mezo Tiktin has finally returned home after many years of loyal service. He lives with his parents in order to support them, so when he comes home and finds no sign of them, suspicion mounts. Furthermore, he notices that the once active Colotan Outpost is now abandoned and collapsed in many places. He must get to the bottom of this.

Characters[]

Main Character[]

Mezo Tiktin is a retired, battle-scarred Kaboo Warrior, who is finally ready to settle down and take care of his parents. He has lost much in war, including most of his right horn, which is considered a great honor.

Allies[]

Peanut is a Vootrol, which is a distant species of the popular Varx creature that is commonly found across Shogon. Peanut is the pet of the Tiktins and a loyal ally. He is able to be controlled via moving your arms and legs, and he will copy you. Throughout the game, through proper training, he comes more sentient, as he knows Mezo as part of the family, and therefore begins to trust him.

Villains[]

Harold is a ghost villain who ravages lands with his mercenaries. He has legions of minions across the entire Shogon Sector, but only his elite accompany him in his journey of terror across Totan. They use Colotan as a base of operations as they spread destruction. He is also allied with Teddy, AKA the Arcmage, who is actually Mezo's father. Turret Joe also makes an appearance in this game where he is guarding a key.

Teddy, a powerful wizard, has a son named Mezo. Assuming his son would never come back from the brutality of war on Totan, he betrayed his wife and gave their home to Harold and his ghosts. Mezo returns however, and Teddy bides his time, pretending to have been simply kidnapped by Harold.

The Game[]

This fairly linear game is six pages long.

Ending[]

The game ends with Harold making an escape out the top of the tower, and Teddy leaving as well. Mezo's mother is thrown off the tower by Mezo's ghosts while she was attempting to give him something. His mother is then dragged away through a portal by Harold's ghosts.
