The PCG Dreamcast was a Paper Computer Console (PCC) by The Sonic Activist, the first ever PCC to be made. The console could play PCGs such as Owltrex Legends, Sonic Forces, and more. You can also create games for the PCC Dreamcast.
Profile Editor[]
The system employed a profile editor, which could create an avatar for the player. This avatar is in the form of a Bot, of the same type as Tutorial Bot.
The editor allows players to choose from features (eyes, hair, etc) from Zoovac, Owliver, Sonic the Hedgehog, and others (such as normal human features or dog features).
