Quaric is a native of the Netherworld, and the owner of the Congealance Shop. He's completely loyal to Eye, and has advanced technology in the back of his shop which he's attempting to use to bring Eye into the Netherworld. With a Gemstone, he would be able to do so. In the meantime, he's attracting customers by using his technology to create a black hole, and selling chemicals which can be used to seal black holes. (Perceptual Boundaries)
