Xaq used Slim Fast to get past the Fat Guy on an alien space-ship which had been teleported back in time to medieval times. This shrunk him once more. (Series 2: "Till Time Do Us Part")
Later, Main Dude covered some of his bullets in Slim Fast and fired them at the Fat Guy, converting him back into the Skinny Guy. He then shot him. (Computer Game: "Main Dude's First Game")
