Slurm was a horrific, yet apathetic, goopy being. He originally appeared in a YouTube video series by Xaq, and has since been adapted for PCGs in numerous different ways. It's unclear if these different versions share the same continuity or not.
In the videos[]
Slurm is a being created by all the pollution in 31st Century Venice. He's traveled back in time to "Slurm across your world"! It's unclear what that would entail. (Videos: "Slurm")
In PCGs[]
Yak Games created a version of Slurm in his artwork, seen on the right! This Slurm is depicted as a tall, skinny person, with green and blue coloring. So far, this version hasn't appeared in anything other than that artwork.

Epic's Version[]
Epic Worlds PCG also, separately, adapted Slurm for PCGs. Epic's version looks markedly different than Yak's; he's a short, stubby being. He vows to "Slurm across the PCG Universe"! We also find out that Figs worship Slurm! So far, this version has appeared in two PCGs: Da Slurm PCG and The Adventure Of Slurm.
PCG Anniversary Special II[]
At the end of PCG Anniversary Special II it's revealed that (SPOILERS!) Slurm is the true identity of The Shadow. This version of Slurm is an evil version of Xaq from the alternate universe known as The Shadow Realm! So far this version has only appeared in that one PCG by Chris.
