Spike-Balls are a mutant variety of Ape-Balls. They are slightly faster and more vicious, and covered with spikes.
Only one is known to exist. It was created in a laboratory within Death Ward Hospital. It was killed by Charles, the detective. ("Welcome to Death Ward Hospital")
Another Spike-Ball was seen in a Barnes and Noble by Agent Mugstra. ("Quest for the Vengeful Book")
