The Giant Purple Mountain Man vs The Artist Formerly Known As The Nazi Machine is a 2021 computer game, as well as a screen within the PCG PCG Anniversary Special Part II by Chris, which is otherwise a traditional PCG. It's a fighting game, in which you play as The Nazi Machine, recently reprogrammed by Zoovac and being controlled by Xaq, to fight against a Giant Purple Mountain Man.
Chris has discussed the possibility of updating the game to allow more characters and customizability. He intends to make it available on papercomputergames.com at some point.
Gameplay[]
You have to figure out how to control it, while playing. Both characters are constantly blocking, but stop blocking right before they punch. You have to punch the enemy enough to deplete his health and knock him out.
Easter Eggs[]
- "XS" is written on the Nazi Machine. Chris claims this stands for "Xargon's Saber" - which is a reference to the PC game Xargon - but according to the game over screen, it actually stands for "Xaq Sucks".
- The background music is the theme used for fistfights from Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, which also has a similar combat system.
