The Inquisitor, Aka the Questioner was a strange being living on Velieez, who was in charge of questioning Yppit following the destruction of Mole City. She resembled a strange bird with a long, skinny neck attached to a human head. She had large wings and was good at hovering in the air.

While questioning Yppit, he attacked her, knocked her unconscious and escaped. (Mole Men Series: "REVENGE of the Mole Men")
She later encountered Balzak Globotron along with his crewmembers Frank and Matak Rho'Shibej when their fleet arrived at Velieez. She was suspicious of them at first, thinking them associated with Yppit. Balzak was able to convince her of his good intentions, however, and went with her to the center of the planet to see the damage done by Yppit's incursion.

There, they detected an energy buildup at the core, caused by Yppit's destruction of the Mole City reactors which, unchecked, will destroy the planet. She then gave the aliens permission to relieve some of the pressure to use as fuel for their fleet, in exchange for them agreeing to look for Yppit offworld and bring him back to her custody.
