The Invisible Menace was a 2000s PCG by Kurt Elfman, a remake of his very first pcg which was untitled. The game retconned that earlier title to be part of the Hat Kid Series, establishing the character to be Hat Kid.
The game featured Hat Kid coming across some Echidnas attacking a town. He gets involved, despite his friend's objections. One of the Echidnas was invisible.
