- Issue 1: "T.P.O. Unleashed" - This was the second issue overall of the third season of The Perfect One.
- "Scientists of Earth" - a comic by DGAME spinning off from The Perfect One series, and following the titular scientific group, who must deal with the consequences of having saved Earth from the Perfect One.
- Issue 2: The Battle in Space is the third issue of the third season.
- Issue 3: The Battle in Space Continues... Unabated is the fourth issue of the third season.
- Issue 4: T.P.O vs. Superheroes of Earth is the fifth issue of the third season of The Perfect One.
- Issue 5: Adventures of TPO is the sixth issue of the third season of The Perfect One.

Issue 2[]
- "The Far Future" was originally intended to mean millions of years after the previous season, but subsequent issues portrayed it as the same time period (the present day). The author later revealed that this was actually referring to the far future from T.P.O's perspective, who had travelled backwards in time by millions of years to the time of the Dinosaurs. Thus TPO's far future is actually our present day.
