The Shadow Captain was a rouge Umbrian who was sent to the planet Ico to rule the seas, and control the army of Marsh Pirates. He first appeared in the PCG Sunken Grave by Sunken Sword PCGs. Not much is known about him so far, but as far as we can tell he is beyond evil, and many inhabitants of the planet Ico call him the Devil of the Sea.
