Vanessa Hilderboro was a wealthy woman living with her husband in Company Town. She was having an affair with Officer Joe Quiddle of the town's Police Department. When she was first contacted by Zoovac under the guise of Bob Ferguson, she was quiet and nervous, eager to hide her infidelity. However, Zoovac hacked into her security camera footage, found evidence of her with Quiddle there, and used it to blackmail her. She then agreed to give him $20,000 from her bank account.
