Xaq to the Future is a classic paper computer game by Keith and Kurt, and Keith's first-ever PCG. The game deals with Xaq getting sucked into Apeball Land, where he encounters a number of creatures for the first time, including Ape-Balls.
Story and Situation[]
As has happened a lot recently, Xaq finds himself pulled through a portal. The portal leads to a strange, ancient world populated by vicious creatures (Especially Ape-Balls) and very little human life. In fact, what human life there is wants to eat him!
The Character[]
Xaq, the lifelong adventurer, this time wears a Mario-like costume and hat. He must journey across this strange world, making use of everything he finds, to survive.
Allies[]
Xaq's only ally in this hostile world is a small German-speaking fly named Spitzenfreizen (But you can call him Razin for short).
He's a small fly who has a weak heart and will suffer from heart attacks if he lifts too much.
Villains[]
Ape-Balls, a vicious simian species, rules this world through brute force and ultra-fast reflexes. They're incredibly hard to kill, although light will stun them at first.
Starving cave-men roam the caves, dying for any food—even human flesh.
Gigantic dinosaurs roam the plains; good luck to he who attracts their attention!
The Fat Guy appears once more, much meaner and fatter than ever before. But is it the same Fat Guy we all know and "love"? Only time will tell.
The Game[]
The journey across this ancient and beautiful world is an arduous one. It entails lots and lots of death. This is a linear game, a tour of the world. The enemies are vicious, and incredibly hard; The puzzles are even harder. This is, without a doubt, the hardest Paper Computer Game ever made.
Ending[]
How Xaq's quest turns out is, as yet, unknown.
