Xaqimer Von Rzetelnywhistle was a person in an alternate reality, a combination of Xaq and Mortimer von Fogwhistle III. He was the owner of a house, which was being cared for by Harold Farzikan.

Early Life[]
At some point, Xaqimer remembers having had a body, but he lost it around the same time Farzikan lost his flesh. ("PCG Anniversary Special Part II")
Head in a jar[]
At some point, Xaqimer became a head in a jar, suspended by a chain over a daybed. He was submerged in some green liquid but could still talk.
Xaq's consciousness merged with Rzetelnywhistle after his battle with Matak Rho'Shi Superior Fat Eye sent him out of time and space. He maintained the memories of both Rzetelnywhistle and the PCG Universe version of Xaq. He tried to fire Farzikan, who disobeyed his orders. Then he discovered he could telepathically control things, so he took control of some flowers to get Farzikan's staff.
After a battle with Farzikan, he used the staff to turn Farzikan's body into a tree. He then discovered he could take control of the Green Bubbles that were in the room, discovering he could merge with them, as he -- in some sense -- was already part of them. He then was teleported to a tavern, with his body, where Superbard was located. ("PCG Anniversary Special Part II")
