Zoovac & Tutorial Bot was a PCG short created for the PCG Instagram by Via. The short is a prequel to The Ogre & The Princess, and it explains how Tutorial Bot came to the Hazelnut Kingdom. Zoovac is there to see him off.

The short takes place before The Ogre & The Princess, as it shows Tutorial Bot leaving the PCG Universe for the Hazelnut Kingdom.
It's unclear when it takes place with respect to Thanksgiving Special PCG; it could be before or after. Also that PCG is set in the early history of America while Zoovac wasn't created till the modern day. So the Turkey is either a very long-lived turkey or is some kind of time traveler. (It has been confirmed to be the same Turkey by Via).
