The Zor'L'Ti Cooperation Citadel was a citadel constructed by many cooperating city-states on Shri, as a way to pool their sciences and technologies to develop adequate defenses against The Great, who had launched a series of devastating attacks on the planet.
Among the projects conceived at the Citadel was a series of Constructs, statue-like beings filled with lava, designed to attack the Great and to guard the Citadel, as well as the Zigori, a race of miniature people.
A city was also built around the citadel, where people of any nation-state were welcome. The city and citadel were later abandoned, due to a civil war caused by the rebelling Zigori. (Squids in Forests Series: "Fried Calamari")
